Our historic building built in the 1920’s under Dortch Stove Works still has its original exposed brick and single-pane windows, but we added our own sophisticated and modern touches too. With natural light, rich textures and a large open space, it’s designed for conferences, workshops, company dinners, private parties and more.

First floor capacity: 200 seated
(Additional capacity depending on the room set up)

Included: 
  • 10 hours within our space (inclusive of setup, event, and teardown)
  • 2 on-site staff members
  • Cleaning services 
  • H+U existing furniture (seating for 50 guests plus soft top furniture) 
  • Liquor liability coverage 
  • LED screen + sound system
