He spent 15 years leading customer success and sales teams at Dutchie, Yelp, and HomeLight, managing teams of 45+ through rapid growth, acquisitions, and complex people challenges. Drawing on that experience, Steve created SHIFT, a practical five-step framework that helps leaders navigate tough conversations with clarity and confidence.
